Well, 2 huge shots of hydrocortisone in both heel spurs...day of feeling totally horribl, totally hate how it makes me feel:-( theyre the only things that really mess with my diabetes and neoropathy. But on the plus side, after not being able to get them all year cuz of other happy healthy crap happening, It was worth it! Because when my body ajusts to it I will feel some relief:-) sometimes I feel so old lol
