Well, 2015 has already greeted me with a bang. After visiting friends for dinner at their house tonight I went out and started my car , which is falling apart and ailing anyway. Started home and BANG....engine light comes on that reads ENGINE HOT - AC OFF. I stopped and turned the car off and waited a while...turned back on - same thing. Does not resolve. The temperature gauge now does not work either so it stays on Cold. I was not even running the AC as its winter....duh...and the heat had finally started working. Takes it a long time to heat up and since the rear defrost is already broken and one switch on the dual climate control is broken its a trick anyway. Now this. Ive gotten online to read about it and naturally it could be a myriad of things and no direct answer. This car has been a pain since I bought it. I have several lights now malfunctioning and now add one more to the mix. The car already needs over $2500 in repairs that I cannot affort so whats one more problem I cant afford..... I am so sick of this. Soon Im going to be without a car completely and I have NO resolution. I cannot become dependent on everyone else to run me places all the time and I wont do it Cant afford to take a cab everywhere or depend on that stupid transit bus for a ride everywhere..... Im 55..not 80. I may be as poor as Jobs turkey but I would at least like to keep my independence. I certainly have no pride or self esteem left thats for sure. Sorry for the rant but I do not want to spend another year like this. I need groceries and tomorrow morning early I had planned on doing my grocery shopping early. Im stil going. If the stupid thing blows up on the road then so be it. When I bought this thing I thought a Chevy would be so much more reliable. Not this one. #cantwin
