Well..... After 2 HARD dedicated years at HOWCO, being their shop supervisor, doing EVERYTHING from loading/unloading freight, running bandsaws to cut all metals, assigning duties to my employees, making sure production increases, everyday proccess of recieving PO,s and transfer (measure length, mic OD/ID, hardness test HBW/HRC) creating sales orders and work orders, doing IPs and BOLs to assign a specific material that was cut to the designated work order and putting the remainder back into inventory, cycle count/inventory, cleaning/organizing the shop, wraping freight onto pallets for shipment, last but definately not least I ran a shop and a crew like no other supervisor in HOWCO(Louisiana) history HAS COME TO AN END... can you guys believe i got FIRED after ALL of my dedication to my position because I told Blake Poirrier Nigga you should see my moms new car. (because she got a 2015 Mercedes Benz) :) douche bags...... I swear they are some douche bags! OWELLLL time for a new adventure:) Time to climb higher. If anyone knows a GOOD company I can get on at making around $16-$18/hr. Please let me know. I CAN PASS hair sample, urine sample, background check and physical with absolutely no problems at all. :) thank yall:) word of advice.... noone go work for HOWCO;)
