Well. Bailey is back at the house. THANK YOU ALL FOR THE PRAYERS AND CONCERN! As most if you know, last October, Bailey was hit in the face with a soccer ball which caused her to fly head first into the gym floor backwards. The school nurse FAILED TO CALL 911, instead sent her back to class with a tylenol. Later the school secretary called me to come get her. When I arrived my daughters ENTIRE face was swollen and black and blue and she had had a tooth knocked out. I took her to the doctor and they diagnosed a concussion. She was in such pain the following day I took her back out. They thought we were crazy! Finally we went to Childrens were we were referred to the concussion clinic. They RE-diagnosed her with a SEVERE concussion. Since then she has been to pittsburgh and erie to specialists for this. And STILL almost a year later she is collapsing from the severe pain in her head. NOW we will be heading BACK to the clinic to see if its related......
