Well, Beth finally opened her presents. She was more acrtice this time than she has been in a long time. I placed her fingers in the fold of the paper and she grasped well. Held on the the shiny gold wrapper for a while, both hands, but her left hand seems better. In her bag I helped her grasp items and pull them out. She did not want to pull the third item out. She is still grasping, one in each hand, the first two! I am amazed. So tomorrow we will do some hand over hand things. I am thinking about having her help mix batter for a cake. Nothing really big, just an easy bundt cake. I have a tray I can place across the arms of her chair. She cannot eat orally, but she can at least get a taste of the frosting. I think maybe she can frost it too, with a bit of help. I am encouraged. Thank you Jesus for her interest again. It seemed to all start with her trip to the Fair with her sister. Praise God!
