Well Chrysler, you have been good to me and I thank you. In the 20 years and 6 months that I have been an employee there, I have seen your name change several times. From Chrysler, to Daimler-Chrysler, to Cerberus, to Chrysler LLC and now to Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. I am truly grateful for all the opportunities that have come my way, provided through my great Chrysler paycheque and benefits. Honestly, working on the line was not easy - tedious, leave your brain at the door, mundane, repetitive and body aching. But I work to live, I do not live to work, and all in all, I have been blessed. I met many people there. Some are lifelong friends who I will always cherish. Some are people that crossed my path for a short time. All have left an impression on who I am today. I thank every one of you, for being a part of my journey. And so today, I say goodbye as an employee and hello to retirement. Looking forward to those pension cheques, continued benefits and a new chapter in my life.
