Well, Congressman Duncan, while I agree with the expressed desire to have 100+ Haitian political parties to gain a sense of unity, it is very evident to me that a congressional oversight committee, including yourself and colleagues, should be holding our government leaders accountable for the $6 million per day we are spending in Haiti without a viable plan. Please stop the handouts, they are only promoting chronic dependency. Engage successful entrepreneurs - not bureaucrats - interested in creating commerce that will in turn create jobs. Our broken welfare system in the U.S. should not be taken around the world under the banner of foreign aid.
