Well Everyone ! As the cat is out of the bag I can now tell you that I came out of hospital tonight after surgery to a breast abscess yesterday! I cannot speak too highly of the NHS and the Great Western Hospital in Swindon in particular, who pulled out all the stops - I was seen and in theatre before you could say Knife (ooops) Apart from having my dressing done, which is awful, I am actually pain free for the first time for weeks..... I dont know if any of you noticed the lack of bra on TV last week but I am told I looked tired.... At least I do not feel poisoned all the time and am looking forward to three days resting and stitching.....Back to work on Monday
