Well Facebook has its own cons and pros...I met so many of my childhood friends and made so many more new friends... Loads of advantages...one irritation being people using Fb as a medium to settle scores...I saw one such post today and was thinking whether to respond in my usual self but then I thought how can I stoop to such low levels after my lord blessing me so much... So instead I have decided to write about something wonderful our company has done for a boy.. Hari was a boy who joined toni&guy in 2011 ...His salary was fixed at around 16000 in those days...very hardworking and very determined boy...never ceased to amaze us with his learning capacities...we have a very cleverly designed incentive policy and in 2013 with incentive his salary came up to Rs 45000 and I called Runima Biswas and Mario Desmond Weller and asked how come...then they told me his sale alone has gone up to a lak and seventy five thousand...I called him and congratulated him and the very next month his salary was above 55 thousand because his total sale has crossed 2 lakes and odd per month... And he did this consistent sale for the next 4 months... So then I called him and said u r ready for ure next big promotion and we promoted him as a creative director in our Chintamani essensuals salon with a minimum of 60 thousand salary...he delivered as I thought in our Chintamani salon making it very successful... 3 months later he came and met me and said he wants to quit and wants to open his own salon...one policy I follow from day 1 is that no staff should be held back when they want to start something on their own... So however sad I was I wished him all the best...but then he told me he wants to open an essensuals salon... I was like quite surprised and told him its not a joke and the investment is gonna be about 50 laks plus or minus...he told me he had saved up some money and has taken a investing partner and some loan...well after all the hard work he finally opened an essensuals in 13th main road Anna Nagar...last month he closed at 13 lak Rs sale which in our business in the Franchise format is at least 5 to 6 laks in profit...which means he should at least make 3 laks per month... I think this is the greatest joy in my life... What is the use of you opening so many things and earning so much money when you do nothing to encourage the lives of others and give nothing back to the society...I thank my lord for my life which has been beneficial to some...let my gods name be praised..
