Well Goys and Birls, Thursday evening a few days until the next TDMC Autosolo on Easter Funday. Entries are looking good so far for the last event in the bottom (Holman) car park, bad news this time is that we have got a shortage of cones but the good news is we have an abundance of British Gas Vans to use. :) 24 Entered so far, not bad for an Autosolo over the Easter holidays. Entries are: CLASS 1. James Menear in his classic Mini because the Lupo is still broken. Mandy Sillifant in one of her Peugeot 106s. Ben Masters in the blue Peugeot 106, possibly as he has not said he is not coming. CLASS 2. Nick Vincent in his BMW 318, nice car but the rear tyres dont last long. :) Kylie Allen in the super silver Saxo, there is the class winner then!!! Les Duff in his super Skoda Fabia street racer, check out the camber on this bad boy!!! Arry Firman in his Rover 400, Oops, sorry, MG ZR or ZS or ZT. Vincent Firman in the totally cool Suzuki Swift Sport, love the look of this car. Marek Wojciechowski, (Virgin), Renault Clio 172. Our very own Knight of the round table. Squirrel is one of his agricultural vehicles either a Case, John Deere or Fordson Super Major. Darrel Duff, (Virgin), in dads super Skoda. I wouldnt let my son drive my car. CLASS 3. Lesley Weeks in Richards Subaru Impreza WRX STI. Steve (sideways) Hatton is gracing us with his presence again in something Toyotaish. Ross Dodds in the Subaru Impreza Station Wagon, available for moving cones etc. Sam Blease, (Virgin), in his Volvo C30 oil burner, no doubt Pete Smith would love this car. CLASS 4. HRH Mr Matt Ewer in the trusty Mazda MX5 which I have yet to test for him. Jeff Metters in the super stripped out Peugeot 205GTi. Nice drive this one. :) Alastair Barnes in his MR2, no doubt gunning for FTD. Nick Carlin in the great looking JPS Dutton Phaeton. If it does not breakdown on the way. Tim Robertson-Wells in the banana, Oops sorry, Quantum Extreme. Ms Becks Ewer in her daily driver the super silver Mazda MX5. (She lets her hairdresser husband drive it as well.) Jason Metters in the car he let me wreck the tyres on. Respect Jason. :) Richard Mabbott in the ex-squirrel owned Toyota MR2. I broke this car as well. Naill Heywood in his Mazda MX5. (Apprentice Hair Dresser.) Well thats the line up folks, so far. Now we wait to see who actually makes it on the day. If anyone wishes to bring along an extra £20 they can still enter the Camel Vale Motor Club being held on the 27th April at the Wadebridge Showground. This is their first Autosolo event and it would be nice if anyone is free to support a neighbouring Motor Club. I will also be taking names and payment for the ASWMC Championship event TDMC are running in the Penhooligan (TOP) car park on the 5th May. Until Easter Funday I would like to wish you all a safe and enjoyable Easter. (HRH=Honouree Resident Hairdresser.) P.S. I like DARK CHOCOLETE EASTER EGGS.
