Well Hawaiian Airlines, it has been almost three weeks since you canceled my fiancés flight he booked to Kona for our honeymoon instead of canceling a flight Expedia had booked in my name by mistake. So lets recap: you canceled my fiancés flight, which he didnt authorize you to cancel. You didnt cancel my flight, which I actually never approved to be booked in the first place and did want canceled. Now, you are STILL holding my money...the money I need to rebook my honeymoon. What are the odds that your consumer affairs department will respond to my email TODAY? I only sent it Monday. Im betting not good, because your company provides the absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Also, what are the odds that your company will make good on your mistake and put us on a flight at your expense? This seems only fair since you wont refund my money being held as a result of your mistake. Maybe you should spend less time posting stupid crap to your Facebook page and more time addressing the problems you have created for your customers.
