Well, I am a bit frustrated... I received my health insurance plan letter saying my plan will not be grandfathered and I will need to apply trough the Maryland Health Exchange Network. I went online, spent one hour trying to create an account (I have tried twice before, after hours). Luckily today it was early enough so that I could call the Help Line number. Called the Help LIne. The representative try to create the account for me. I have him all my personal information (more that I was comfortable giving). End Result and after 30 mins of the same nonsense... Call us back another day when our system is working better and I am able to create the account, or I can mail you a form to apply. I am like, I cant apply because I dont know what I am applying for... is there a site where I can just look at different plans and the cost and benefits of the same. I mean are these plans a secret? I just want to know what is available before I decide. Is that really too much to ask.. Ughhh! Anyone has been successful working through this and can you offer any tips?
