Well I can honestly say that in the 37 years Ive been boat fishing Ive never seen so many whiting. Theyre everywhere down here off Newhaven. Billions of them. We even went 16 miles off and were catching them. Stick a set of feathers over the side, and pull up three or four, all 3-4oz. The other fish didnt get much of a chance to find the baits today. Guaranteed a whiting within 30 seconds of dropping down, everywhere we went!
