Well, I can tell you now what is happening November 4th...my brother, Greg Martin, is coming in from Idaho with his girlfriend, Rebecca Rusch. I have not seen him since Christmas...at which time he and Rebecca challenged and encouraged me to get started on my journey to lose weight and get healthy. My goal, then was just to run a 5K. They said if I accomplished that, they would fly here and run it with me. That wasnt possible, and i have now run FOUR of them...but they have been a long distance encouragement every step of the way. Rebecca even sent me a water bottle that I have with me everywhere I go. The last time my brother saw me was 36 pounds ago and I simply cant wait for him to see me!!! Yes, as of today, I have lost 36 pounds!!!! Over half way to my goal weight. No diet pills...no big diets...just hard work! And I have never felt better! Thank you Greg and Rebecca...cannot wait for you to get here!!!!!! Love your both so much!!!!
