Well I couldnt just let it fly to all you people looking for a place to rent theres one house to not rent its located at 12436 palmetto street 32218 the landlord doesnt fix things when they break and still expects rent money to come every month and when she wants you to move she doesnt go to courthouse and do legal papers she just types up one threaten I told my sister she has to do it legal but my sister just went ahead and moved. Sorry sis but I just cant stand it when another person does this to my family and this is the second person to do this. Listen people when you rent a place out you have to keep it up by fixing the things and you cannot evict renters without going to the courthouse and paying for certified letters to be delivered and you cant change locks,prevent them from comin on the property etc.well I said my peace.
