Well I did some good getting a book sale, and I thought I might sweeten him up by doing a spot of baking. I chose to have a go at the American and seasonal classic, Pumpkin Bread. I made a loaf and some in muffin cases, served one up with orange butter and was told God, you havent got loads of those to get rid of have you ? The texture is great but I dont rate this pumpkin stuff. Let me know if you live local to me and care to take these off my hands...possibly with a free husband too.
