Well, I didnt have enough onions for my onion soup, so I cut up and cooked/caramelized 3 more pounds. Total # of Pounds of onions used 9!!!.. It made almost 2 gallons of soup. Oh, the memories, I used sour dough bread for the Holland Rusk, and, of course, browned provolone cheese. Oh, I did so good.. not to be conceited. Eat your heart out people, that was the STEAK N ALE FRENCH ONION SOUP I COOKED FROM MEMORY!!! SUCCESS!!!!
