Well, I dont know what I was thinking. I went down the steps in my thick socks. I made it half way down when I slipped and landed hard on my bottom. I dont know how I did it but I must have jammed my left foot on the edge of the step because the middle of the the left foot is throbbing. My left side of my bottom is really sore. It hurts. My left shoulder was hurting before I fell. I dont know why it was hurting. It felt liked I had pulled a muscle. My left shoulder hurts more from where the shoulder hit on the steps. I took some advil. I have my heating pad and ice packs on.
