Well I finished that Zydeco 1/2 Marathon this morning in 2hrs 16 minutes..Im not rounding bc then it would be 2:17, lol! My average pace per mile for the 13.1 miles was 10min 30 sec. Knee crap happened at the 7th mile where before that I was 9:30 per mile. Didnt beat my time from the last 1/2 marathon when I ran it in 2hrs 5 seconds but I didnt train this time around so Im just glad I finished!! Congrats to Karl , Shila & Courtney on their runs!
