Well I forgot to post a few times but Ive done good this week! Ive been to the gym 3 times so far. One of those times included a super-fun Zumba class and a few minutes with a personal trainer and I was so sore the next day . The other days was 3 miles on elliptical and weight machines. Im going back tomorrow! I also encouraged a friend of mine to be healthier and she joined the gym with me so we can go together some! Hope you all are doing well!
