Well I found the place and its NOT a cottage. Its a one room building with a bathroom and an area with a stove and refrigerator. Think it started out as a big work shop. No yard at all. . It sits on 5 acres but is right next door (10-15 feet) to the house that the family lives in. And would cost me over $2000k to even move into the place. And Spunky would be an problem since they have dogs and cats that are very territorial the woman said. And no... the place was not yellow (laughing). But the Lord knows I am trying to find a place so I will continue to look when on errands in Valley Springs, Moke Hill, San Andreas, Sheep Ranch, Mountain Ranch, Burson, Jackson, and via sites online.
