Well I got my results from my MRI .......I have spinal stenosis......sciatic.....arthritis and pinched nerve....Doc said I need a cortizone shot .....3 altogether one every 3 months .......Of course I said no because Im paranoid of needles....and he said that the shots may not even work ....he said Id have to have an operation and Id have to be out of work 4 to 6 weeks .....cant afford that .....he gave me meds to take for 6 days he said therapy wont help..........so what do I do ???????? I have no clue .....guess Ill just stay in pain like I have been all these years ......oh well Such is life......thats my medical story for today lol
