Well I got some pretty exciting news tonight. Muscle Insider has chosen me as one of the PTs for the CANADIAN TRAINER OF THE YEAR CHALLENGE organized by Muscle Insider and Diesel Advertising Inc., Glanbia Performance Nutrition, Inc..
