Well, I had to sleep, so now Ill share my thoughts on the Oscars; I thought Ellen did pretty good and I like that there was no 30 minute intro just ego-bating Seth Macfarlane, the only problem I had with her was sometimes it just went on for too long, but then again, improv can do that. As for the Noms themselves, it went like clockwork for me, since I was right in almost all of my predictions, I liked McConaugheys speech, and Lupitas (even if she didnt deserve it) and I felt like the audiences was having fun (especially the selfie which was probably one of the most surreal things in Oscar history, but funny too). So yeah, some deserved it, others didnt, but no hard feelings for any Ill just rage to myself for the next hour or so about how wrong they were (lol) but it was better than last years long, LONG show and it was more humble and less overblown, so I enjoyed them more but it needed to be smoother and it wasnt perfect (oh, and for those who are wondering why Im not raging against 12 Years, well, I refer to my old Golden Globes rant and I am too tired to really care right now any way, cause Im going to LA today!)
