Well I have good news and not so good news. The treatments are helping his chest area. The tumors are getting smaller. He will continue on the chemo treatments he is on. The Dr is meeting with his team to see about maybe adding another medication to his chemo treatment. The bad news is the tumor in his spine has gotten more aggressive and spread to another area in the spine. They will begin radiation on both areas the middle of next week. He was not able to do chemo today because they think he has an infection somewhere. His WBC is super high and he is also anemic. They are doing a few tests and if all is well on Mon they will do chemo then. He is getting 3 hrs of IV fluids today. Looks like the soonest he will be able to come home will be Feb 11th.
