Well, I have learned a lesson today. Always read reviews before you use any company!! I paid $1 to print my credit report recently from Experians website. Today I see I have been charged $19.95 for a membership. After calling every customer service number on their website I had to use gethuman to even find a number to speak with an actual person. I spoke with 3 different people none of whom would refund my money. I was so upset by the end of the phone call!!! So I google other peoples experiences (because I thought they were a reputable company)...& this is happening every day!!! Some people dont check their bank accts daily like I do & went an entire year being charged for a membership they never used & then are told that it is policy to give no refunds. What happened to having morals & ethics?
