Well I have now tested the heater in the toyota motor home. I ran it in the driveway all night while it was cold. got down to 10 outside. temp stayed at 55 inside. could have set it higher but figured this test was sufficient waste of fuel. The house battery did deplete some overnight, that would stop the heater from functioning if it got too low, but it did not get too low this time. I experienced one night where it did get too low and the heater stopped functioning. 200 dollars in insulation and a few hundred hours revamping the design and now it works.
