Well, I have started my GRE preparation! Good news is, I have learned Barrons High frequency wordlist (333) Bad news is, I dont feel comfortable when solving GRE Reading comprehension . Regardless of size, Whenever i gone through a comprehension i ended up with 80-90% wrong answer. Most of the time i dont even understand the meaning of the comprehension/para/passage. I really dont know whats wrong with me! But when i read some local english newspaper i do understand most of them. Whats the problem with GRE comprehension Though my Hons. background was english, but i dont know much meaning of phrases and idioms (i know some of em). Sometimes i find some abstruse transition word/phrases (mostly phrases). What should i do right now? I have downloaded Manhattans 8 Strategy Guide, ETS OG, Princeton Review-Cracking the GRE, 1014 problem, 5lb books, barrons and a lot many But I dont know how to use this book to improve my comprehensibility. Is it possible to take my comprehensibility in a decent place so that i can cut a good marks on GRE verbal? Im really freaking out guys! Help me if you can. Will really appreciate your help
