Well, I have to say that I can relate to this, being on the service end, that is. There have been many VERY pleasant encounters with customers over the years, but the bad ones tend to stand out, and can ruin your whole day. For some reason, there is a lot of emotion attached to situations and customers feel very righteous when wronged, no matter what the circumstances are. Hard to be nice to a customer when they feel it necessary to put you in your place and in extreme cases, insult you. Hard to be motivated to help remedy their problem. After all, its just a guitar store.
