Well I havent had an update in a while for everyone and I have been reluctant to lately but after yesterday I feel I have to give everyone an update of life. A month and a half ago I found out my cancer has returned in my abdomen. I have started a new treatment designed for my situation for people that cant seem to get rid of hodgkins. Besides a few side effects I am doing pretty good and am still able to work and do most things. Which brings me to my story. Yesterday morning I awoke to a knock on my door and our friends Kim Mundell Dave Mundell Derek Mundell Aiden Woofter Kimberly Protain Strimple Chris Protain. It seems Kim and Dave decided to help us out with my roof that has been waiting to be finished since last fall when the weather turned cold. I have helped them out in the past with things around their house and even put my projects on the side to give help to them. (sorry Randi Mcelhinny) I never wanted anything just to help people out. Kim had contacted Dave Woltrout construction and Banner Supply to donate their time and some supplies to finish our roof for us. I dont normally ever ask for help with anything I do because I dont want to burden people. But I am extremely overwelmed with their generosity in helping with the roof. It looks amazing and I thank all of them graciously. I would not have been able to do it as fast or so soon. And not only did this happen yesterday but I also got to see my daughter go to her senior prom and she looked amazing in her dress.
