Well I just got the call that they chose another candidate for the trainer position which I am surprisingly ok with. They recommended me for a program director position. Their program directors I think are group home managers though because I would only be in charge of one group home and it is a bit of a drive I think. We will see when I get the posting. I applied for 4 positions with the school district too. An aide and a transition counselor.
