Well, I just read in the fine print of a advertisement for a download update... The reason is to encourage people to do auto downloads versus buying it on CD... It states : CDs take 217 (yes 217) years for a CD to decompose. So I did a search on the first ever made CD... The year is 1982...and that is the start of what famous singer had it out first. But the year is 1982... Explain to me how the HECK you know it will take 217 years to decompose ??? Its only been 21 years... Is this in dog years ???
