Well I made it safety to Thailand and got my condo sold and my proceeds, made six times payback on my investment in less than 5 years and do not regret it, Russians are buying up all of Pattaya and have a corner on the market now. I did see another investment place with an little restaurant that I liked and could hold about 50 people and if I did not already make a Puerta Vallerta Mexico my next home I would have brought it and use it as a business as a Chef. Well now time to enjoy the great weather, food and people here. And of course get me some more tailor made suites done. Starting Thailand Emperial Chef Academy tomorrow and cannot wait to see what I can cook up with scorpions, beetle bugs and all kinds of great ingredients. See you all soon, Oh they STILL have ELVIS singing here and I still cannot understand a damn word of his songs but it is so funny that I cannot stop laughing.
