Well I met with surgeon for the first time with my spinal problems. I. Was getting steroids shots. I have protruding and bulging disks in lower had of my back. These are pushing against and closing the nerve canals. He says looks like going to have to go in sooner or later but do surgery at last resort. The shots help my neck but only for a few months at a time. I do have to thank Dr Bennetts office for calling me and help get me in for the shots a few weeks early
