Well I need to tell my story , Yesterday I finally went with my trainer for uphill downhill bike riding, the brand new bike I bought, first of all the day I bought my bike waited 45 minutes for them to ck and tune it while walking to my car noticed no front brakes turned right back to the store and the gentleman or should I say gentleman had the nerve to accuse me of braking it while putting it in my car, I didnt even get to my car yet. so than I explained I would come back after the long weekend which I did and right before I left the store noticed the front tire was flat that same a-hole took it out back than told me he gave me a complete new tire, Now back to my bike training yesterday going down the last hill front bake snaps I believe if it werent for my heavenly father and the help from my trainer to stop easy and what to do I do believe it would have been a horrible devastating fall, I did lose some skin and a little sore. But now im furious not only do I believe he mickey moused my brakes he most certainty did not give me a new tire. NOW SITTING HERE DECIDING IF I WANT TO TELL THEM I WANT MY BIKE FIXED OR SHOULD I GET MY MONEY BACK AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.. COULD I PLEASE HAVE YOUR INPUT...[ THANK YOU. ALL INPUTS WILL BE WELL APPRECIATED ]
