Well, I now have the cell all ready and can put in the kids numbers. But let me just complain, on how rude Customer Service Reps can be....When I was in Customer Service you would have gotten a lot score for being this rude. Im sorry Mam, I cant hear you. Can you speak louder? No I had Cancer in my Throat and my vocal cord was cut. I cant speak louder. Let me get my husband. No, thats alright mam, Ill work with you. Finally, ended up having to go outside and bother Steve from the Weedeater and he gets upset cause I cant talk. SOME DAYS.......Bed wouldve been better!!!!!
