Well, I post this with a heavy heart. Everyone knows this team and the success we have had because of our exceptional athletes and tonight we say goodbye to a fixture in this family. Steven Nelson is leaving us as the Air Force sends him to Oregon to his new duty assignment. I am happy for him and the new chapter in his life, being closer to his home in California and his family and girlfriend. He deserves the very best. On a personal note, Steven has always been there for me as first, a dear friend and as an accomplished athlete on this team. He has been to every show we have had athletes in, at his own expense many times, just to show support for the family and to make sure I had all the help I needed at the shows. I surely would not have been able to get through it all and give the athletes all they needed without him. He is respected and loved by every member of this team. He has accomplished so much as an athlete and he will carry on at his new destination. I cant share enough how much he has given and meant to me and this team. Many things he has done have gone unnoticed during the rat race of the shows and his own prep. Always there to support me, even when everyone else wasnt. He is a damn good man, a great friend and a brother to me always. I wish you God speed and Grace my brother and endless thank you for who you are and what you mean to this team. Your Gonna Be Great at Whatever you do and your happiness and success are my only concerns. We are all truly better to have had you with us and a part of this family. Distance is not an issue, you will always be an Outlaw and more important, family. Thank you my friend.
