Well, I really dont know what to say, I am so touched by all of the comments and words of support, likes and everything else. Feeling a little emotional right now, somewhat tired after finishing in 6:40. That was without a doubt the most difficult and physical thing I have ever attempted. I want to say special thanks to Debi Davey for the support and to Tina ODell and Barbara Geibel Salee for the unstinting support this weekend, love you girls! Not forgetting Trevor Miller of course who raced with me. There are too many of you to thank personally but I truly thank all of you. When I am thinking clearly again Ill put together a more cohesive note of thanks. In summary the swim went to pot and took 30 mins longer than it should have but recovered it with a ride and half marathon that went completely to plan, 3 hours on the bike and 2:25 for the run which was 8 mins off my PR for the distance. Thanks again all.
