Well... I said I wanted to have all three of my listings under contract before Oliver got here, 2 down, 1 to go... and the showings are picking up ! Bless my clients for hanging in there with me as I am very quick to run out of breath these days... when I was working today and talking to my clients about an appraisal issue that was very in depth and involved a lot of talking, I told my sweet client I was sorry that I was out of breath and this is what happens to me at the end of the pregnancy, and she said oh hunny, I was just worried you were already in labor and I thought WOW, now thats dedication! lol I love my job too much to stop working... thank goodness for clients that easily become friends.
