Well I should have done this 2 months ago but I have being to ill to even think about it As you all know I have taken a bit of beating over the past year , and wasnt able to join the 4 peaks in morocco last year ( doc orders) So I entered the Uk ironman in October last year for the July 20 2014 event ,raising money for the Rotary club of GB its split between 4 charitys -one being cancer , But I have added the grater Manchester marathon on the 6 of April to the list and some friends at my gym are doing 1000 miles in 10 days mid May so I have signed up for that The First 2 days will be fun but after that its a slog So tomorrow I have my just giving page re- sorted - thanks to the people who have donated so far
