Well, I think its time to go buy a lottery ticket because it must be my luck day. After flagging and two emails to Yelp (via the lovely Contact Us link on their site, Eric Ms reviews for all of our stores were removed. Heres a copy of the email from Yelp. Were writing to let you know that weve evaluated Eric Ms review that you recently flagged. After assessing the review carefully against our Content Guidelines, we agree that this review should be removed. We rely on community engagement to help keep Yelp useful. Thanks so much for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention! -The Yelp Support Team I was really hoping to have the review removed from just 2 of our locations as his beef was with only one store. However, I did mention that he was an Orange Head with no prior reviews, recently joined Yelp, and had no Yelp Friends. I questioned why they would allow his review to stand while filtering so many other ones similar to him. Low and behold, they filtered all his reviews from all stores. Moral of the story, sometimes it can be done! Keep fighting (although we shouldnt have to) and once in awhile, things can work done. Just remember to be persistent. Even if a review is only removed once in awhile (I have lost more times than won with Yelp), at least its one less review from customers like this.....
