Well, I thought it weird that thoughts of my brother kept creeping into my head all week, and I just realized why. Today is the 16th anniversary of his passing. Oh what fun times we had. Yes, he drove me insane, but what younger sibling doesnt? He adored my children and they him. I can only wonder what he would be like now, had he ma de it past age 22 would he have been different? Would he not have changed one bit and instead still be showing up to my home in full spiderman costume (yes, driving here fully masked)waving at anyone and everyone along the way. Would he still be teaching my children crazy things? Yes, I will not forget the " cheese sticks to the wall" party he had with them. Would he still be going to football games with Carl and irritating the crap out of me about anything and everything? I bet he would never have changed. He loved everyone and insisyed that life be a joke, a party, or a costumed adventure. I only hope I can see the world a tiny bit the way he did.
