Well, I was last on Facebook on Saturday, I think. Since then, I notice someone went in on my page and changed my age from 55 to 56! Its been an amazing year with a ton of great adventures with wonderful friends. Thanks to everyone for all the kind birthday wishes! It just so happened that we celebrated my birthday by having a singalong at Lori Ann Shaws house (thanks again, Lori!) and it was one of the awesomest birthdays (and music events) that I have ever had. My whole immediate family made it over to the singalong , my mom Doris, brother Randy, and sister Velva, that was neat! And many people from my extended family were there, that is, my singing and hiking buddies. We were lucky to have Teresa Findley help with leading the singing. She is one of the very best musicians and singers I have ever had the pleasure of playing music with and I think hearing her was a treat for everybody! As always, Sarah and LeAnnes fine drumming were a huge asset! And the food was fantastic! I look forward to more singing with you all in the near future!
