Well... I was talked into something else this evening..after 5 months and mom being scared to death, I took some deep breaths, put on my big girl panties, got out of the drivers seat, and let Chels drive home.. Of course it was just in the neighborhood, but friends this was a HUGE deal for her. She felt independent if only for a moment again. I would say on a scale of 1-10, she was a strong 5-6. She did very well, and even though she was timid, and Im sure I could fill a pool with the perspiration running off my brow, she got in that seat and did it!! Im beyond proud of her and this is another wonderful milestone in her recovery. Thank you friends ALWAYS near and far for your continued prayers and support, for without you, we couldnt do this. Grateful to know we dont walk alone! ! Chelsea Goodwin
