Well, I went to WalMart earlier and some guy was giving away free paring knives in the meat department. You just had to stand there and listen to his sales pitch for the whole knife set and watch his demo for probably about 20 minutes. So, I got my free paring and used it tonight to slice strawberries for strawberry shortcake. This is a VERY SHARP knife. The very first cut not only went into the berry, but also my finger! OUCH!!!
