Well, I will share my own personal goals for the next 30 days, I have them written down as well so I can see them. 1. Run/walk 3-4x a week at least 3 mile distance each time (runkeeper app keeps me accountable there) 2. Document all water intake with pics and journal for those in small accountability group to see 100 oz each day 3. lose 5 lbs and 1 inch from each thigh (one of my trouble spots) These are MY goals and trust me they would have never been possible 3 yrs ago, especially running. You can do achieve YOUR own personal goals, so dream it, believe it, DO IT.
