Well Id like to say Im proud to have won 3rd place in the Iowa blues challenge! Id also like to say thank you to the central Iowa blues society and all the societies for keeping the blues alive. Also to the judges for keepin it real! Its nice to know that there is a foundation dedicated to keeping a genre solid. I say this having seen some country music videos this morning and witnessed what can happen, wholly smokes throw in their hands up in gangsta fashion rappin about keepin it country! Sad, very sad. As for the green band we had a blast preparing and competing in the ibc. So nice to see some old friends and make some new!
