Well Im gonna share a small piece of personal life. Got a friend who has been battling the big C. He has been doing good for some time. Last week he found out he had another fight to fight. So I go see him today and his big concern was Did he have enough anti freeze in his all motor. So after visiting with him for a good while and dropping of the necessary stack of mags (you know hot rod with the insane s10 on the front, Chevy high performance, and a Mopar well just because) I told him i would get him taken care of . So after stopping and picking up another gallon of anti freeze I stopped by his neighbors who just happens to have a rather awesome collection of cars himself. Got to have a good talk with him for some time as well. And I actually left a piece of my memory with him as well. See the neighbor who has the nice collection as well. He always and I mean always had a really different way of making a car cool. He was the first I seen as a kid that didnt put killer wheels on instead he put hub caps on a fatter steel wheel and a skinny steel wheel up front. A look that changed part of my view on muscle cars for ever. Ever since my childhood I have had friends and older guys that I idolized and well I guess today was one of those days where my lack of communication with my car building heroes kinda slapped me in the face. So after the long drawn out speech of my day. Im going to leave you with this. Cruise your asses off! Go to your friends shop and build that car, but most of all remember there is a kid around the corner who thinks the car your building is the coolest thing in the world so teach what you can while you can. In the name of street cars, street rods, muscle cars or classics, dont let it end with you. The young arent going to do it right with out help or guidance so share your knowledge and your passion. Randy Smith kick some Big C ass so we can put some tail pipes on that nova so you can be ready to cruise the pretty days, Bill Johnson you just keep the fluids changed and keep on cruising those time honored classics!
