Well Ive probably frustrated everyone who has tried to help me since my diagnosis in January. Ive worked 21 out of 24 hours once since then. My daddy complained that I was outworking everybody around me. I hired 1 time help in the house and she told me she had never seen anyone work like I do in her life. Anthony Doyle asked me if I was afraid Id die if I got still. But finally someone gets it. Betty Cole-la Pietra said this a m,You just do cancer like your g-pa and your uncle before you dont you, on your feet, not on your back? I guess so, I remember being 15 and my g-pa dancing and being silly 1 evening, and before daylight the next a m the ambulance was called and I never saw him alive again. The same with my uncle, he danced just a short time before he died. This is not to say Im anywhere near there, in fact Ive felt better since my last chemo than after any of the previous treatments. Its just to say I come from strong family. The way my cousin Tina Mattingley and I do cancer probably wont look like the way others do it. Thankful for the strength from God that has been modeled and handed down to us through family.
