Well, Ive reached my first dreaded plateau. I managed to get down to 219 between July 1 and earlier this week...and held it there for several days. But I bounce between 220 and 222 now that Ive started walking. Im not eating any more, so Im going to go along with the old saw that muscle weighs more than fat and Im hoping I am creating muscle. Clothes are still too big that were too big before, and fit okay in the ones that were a little snug. I have others to shrink into still and I had hoped to be in them by now, but that will happen. Everyone is encouraging me to keep walking, keep watching my portions, and not be discouraged so Im hanging on to the idea that it will all keep paying off. Im just glad I hit the plateau at over 30 pounds gone and not before.
